Nephrologist

Dr. Yadav has a broad range of responsibilities, including:

1. Active participation in around 900 renal transplants at IKDRC and 550 transplants at Medanta, along with their ongoing monitoring.

2. Proficiency in performing ABO incompatible, Cadaveric, and Swap kidney transplants.

3. Establishment of interventional nephrology services at Medanta hospital.

4. Conducted 90 renal transplant graft biopsies during DM Residency and 80 at Medanta.

5. Performed over 200 native kidney biopsies and 150 at Medanta.

6. Inserted 20 percutaneous CAPD catheters.

7. Executed 250 Dialysis Permcath insertions and over 500 DLC Catheter insertions.

8. Conducts regular Graft kidney USG and Doppler assessments.

9. Managed a 14-bed Nephrology ICU for 3 years.

10. Actively involved in teaching DNB residents and dialysis technicians.

11. Consistently conducts ward rounds for admitted patients and offers consultations to other specialties.

12. Extensive experience in maintenance hemodialysis, acute dialysis, SLED, CRRT, and Plasmapheresis.
